As a former ski instructor, lover of all things outdoors, and someone who desperately wants to leave the world better than I found it, being asked to be part of COOD was a dream come true! It really is a privilege to be able to support those in need with this amazing charity.

Emily is an outcome focussed, data driven, Product leader, with 10+ years working in commercial operations and technology.
Specialising in Salesforce, she has an excellent grasp of leading solutions, as well as software trends and frameworks, always with the end user at the heart of everything she delivers.
Outside of her day job, she's also an advocate for diversity and inclusion, leading many initiatives, within various teams and departments, as well as having spoken at London's Excel during the Employee Benefits Live event in 2022.
